Meet Dr. Ricky S. Gray
Dr. Gray is proud to serve the Currituck community with gentle, patient-centered care. A graduate of THE Ohio State University, he completed both his undergraduate studies and dental school there—and remains a passionate Buckeyes fan to this day. Go Bucks! While in dental school, Dr. Gray was honored to be elected into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society, recognizing his combination of clinical and academic excellence and his devotion to compassionate service.
In the dental chair, Dr. Gray’s greatest focus is discovering new ways to make dental visits more gentle and painless for every patient. He believes that clinical excellence is only meaningful when paired with genuine comfort and kindness.
Professionally, Dr. Gray believes patients are best served by a team-oriented, interdisciplinary approach to dental care and values the trusted relationships he has built with some of the most talented dental specialists in the region. He also enjoys continued learning through his involvement with the Mid-Atlantic Center for Advanced Dental Study.

if you ever find yourself near a foosball table, watch out—Dr. Gray is a serious foosball player, and he’s not afraid to let you know it. It’s the only place where being gentle and kind are not high on his priority list.
Dr. Gray's Family
He and his wife, Brittany, are raising three wonderful children—Ruth, Gabriel, and Magnolia—and love spending family time on the beaches of the Outer Banks. Outside the office, you might catch Dr. Gray enjoying the local community, whether it’s at a school event, church gathering, or cheering on youth sports. For him, being part of a close-knit community means more than providing care—it means helping make Currituck an even better place to live and enjoy life.
